A positive guide for parents to assist in dealing with issues of custody
and visitation of children. The Midwest Book Review said: “ At last: a guide
which advises parents on how to walk away from a marriage with the least effects
on the children. New attitudes about children and divorce's effects are

CHILDREN: The Experts
on Divorce
CHILDREN KNOW BEST HOW DIVORCE AFFECTS THEM!!!
Without any prompting or coaching the children in this video speak from
their won experience of going through their parents' divorce.
Their experiences represent the bulk of the research findings related
to what children need from their parent in a divorce
The children didn't read the research. They knowing from living it.
If we listen closely to what these children have to say we can prevent
much of the long term harm that too many children feel from being caught in
their parent's divorce.
This video was created for parents who want to learn what children really
think about divorce and what children need from parents during and after separation.

Dear Judge,
From children's hearts and minds to a judges desk, and now to your awareness.
You will see letters your children could have written. Maybe, letters you
would have written when you were a child, going through your parent's divorce.

their parents are aware of. You will see your children in these letters. The

Free legal help for the poor. Most communities are served by one or more
legal services program offices. These programs exist to provide free legal
services in civil (not criminal) cases to individuals who have little or no
income. Services are provided by staff lawyers and paralegals who have expertise
with those types of cases most commonly encountered by individuals living
below or near the poverty level. Eligibility for service is determined, in
part, by income guidelines. For example, to be eligible a household of one
would need to have an adjusted gross income less than $9,338 and a household
of four an adjusted gross income of less than $18,938. Because of the high
demand for services, and limited staff resources, legal services programs
cannot serve everyone who needs assistance. Programs are only able to accept
a limited number and type of cases.
